Rates

We aim to be transparent about all costs as they are incurred.
Hourly rate is $50 per hour, with a $100 service call charge.

So- basically, if you call us, have $150 on you for us to come out to see what needs fixed.
After we’re there we’ll see how long the project may take and if you’d like us to work.
Parts may be extra – we will have some parts on hand, but we may need to make a store run to get things that we might not carry on us.
You will get a receipt for all the parts that are used when/ if they’re bought.
So for example, if your toilet won’t stop running, we’ll go get a toilet repair kit (about $20)
and that kit will be added to your final bill.

All of this will be discussed before work is started, usually over the phone or email.

For larger projects, like countertops, or painting, please contact us for an estimate.

We will trade services for goods!
Times can be tough, and if have something we don’t, we’d love to trade!
